Hillcrest Image Hillcrest Health Care Center is a skilled nursing facility located in a quiet setting overlooking the scenic Minnesota River valley. We specialize in care for persons with dementia and Alzheimer's disease and also provide traditional long-term care and sub-acute rehabilitation. Hillcrest Health Care Center offers attractively decorated private, semi-private and double rooms. An enhanced quality of life is at the heart of all services provided at Hillcrest. The skilled services of on-site licensed nursing personnel 24 hours a day, seven days a week, provide the security that differentiates Hillcrest Health Care Center from many other residences for those requiring assistance. Our full range of therapy services along with in-house chaplaincy and beautician/barber services make Hillcrest a community unto itself for those needing skilled nursing services. We are licensed for both Medicare and Medicaid. Our contract with the Veterans Administration makes financial assistance available for those who are eligible.
